Collective needs its own styling

Collective is currently styled to look like merbivore.com. It's needs its own face.

I've broken the styling into a 'master' stylesheet and a 'theme' stylesheet. The master stylesheet lays out the design but leaves element coloring default. All that one needs to do in order to customize the look of the wiki is edit the colors in the theme stylesheet. I've also cleaned up the markup and converted to a liquid layout. I'll probably push these changes to github tomorrow.
I've attached a screenshot of the wiki with the Merbivore theme.

Hi Jed.. did you push these changes yet? Are the two files master.css and merbivore.css (the theme?)

No I haven't. The new design calls for a "Recent Activity" sidebar which isn't implemented yet. It'll probably be a good fit for a parts controller.
If you'd like to start working on styling the DataMapper wiki, I can push the new styling branch up to GitHub.

I pushed the 'facelift' branch to Github: http://github.com/meekish/collec...
I'll probably work off of that branch for the styling stuff until the Recent Activity stuff is implemented, then I'll merge it into master.

The facelift branch is now merged into master. Still looks like merbivore.com though. Generic theme coming soon.

I implemented a default gray-colored theme. As of this commit Collective is detached from merbivore.com, supports dead-simple customization, and is ready for reuse.
